holy pure air batman!

well i am now 23 weeks along.
if something were to happen between next week and 19 weeks from now my baby would technically be viable outside my womb though for the next 14 weeks it would probably need lots of medical intervention to stay alive.

wow what a morbid thought to open with.
ok hows this....
so a fetus walks into a womb....
no, thats a lame joke.
stop me if you've heard this one...
what did one fetus say to the other?
nope that one is a lame joke too.

ok how about we talk about how this kid has the hiccups ALOT. and likes to kick my bladder.
alot.

not very fun when its full.

we bought a new vaccuum. and air purifier.
they are both fabulously amazing.

and i will rent my vaccuum for a small fee if you are interested? ;)

Addy is doing great. continues to get taller and smarter and more beautiful with each passing day.

Morgan might have a shoe in for a promotion. again.
different department.
lil bit more of a raise.

me, i am tired. ALOT.
and hungry. ALOT.
and cranky. sometimes.

its starting to get hard to get comfortable when laying down, i have to get into just the right position or my whole body aches.

my hips are REALLY spreading. and all my joints are loosey goosey.
:D yay for the gestation process. my body is starting to get itself ready for the birth this summer.

and my boobs. well lets just say, if you like big boobs, mine would make ya smile :)
really they are getting BIG. and feel fuller, and are very very very sore alot of the time.

YAY

i found an amazing IBCLC (international board certified lactation consultant) to help me with breastfeeding and making sure we have the best outcome with my scarred up frankenboobies. she is a wonderful woman, and happens to post on the same board online that i am addicted to. YAY MDC!!!

I really do owe alot to MDC. i found my amazing midwife from chatting with her there.
and now the rad IBCLC.

not to mention it being a great place to pick up information on natural family parenting, attatchment parenting, and being a fabulous place to find other lactivists and intactivists.

you read that right extended family. i am both a lactivist and intactivist.
meaning i WILL nurse my child anywhere it needs to nurse. and i will NOT be having ANY part of its perfect body cut off.
son or daughter, my childs genitals will stay intact. i wouldnt let someone mutilate my daughters genitals when she was born, and if this baby is a boy i wont let anyone mutilate his genitals either.
if you cannot respectfully support my decision, then keep your comments to yourself.

off to see if Addy wants to snuggle up and nap with her exhausted mama.

Hi, hi, hi!! I love your update. :) It made me chuckle. Frankenboobies.... gigglesnort. I hope ohso sincerely that you have a fantastic & satisfying breastfeeding experience!

It was only recently that I noticed my loosey goosey joints finally starting to feel more stable & more like *me*, not a wobbly pregnant or post partum person. It's so weird how pregnancy changes us!! But YAY, you are pregnant!! lol :p

So did you read all my blather about getting together n' stuff in my blog comments? I have a craft idea! And I have the supplies. We could get together & help our munchkins make water color butterflies out of clothes pins & coffee filters. Are you doing the egg hunt MDC dealy on Wed.?? I need to decide whether I'm joining in or not... My kids are leaving on Sun. for the month of April. If you're up for it we could hang out this week, otherwise, let's plan to get us & our crafty kidlets together in early May!

I am leaving on my honeymoon on the 10th! Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

I can't wait to meet your amazing little fetus person. <3 Y'know, in many many many weeks. ;)
